Getting to Rennes

Flying

  • There is a small airport in Rennes. You can take the C6 bus from the airport to the stop Saint Jacques - Gaîté, and then take the underground to get to the centre.
  • Most people flying in will do best to fly to Paris (Charles de Gaulle or Orly) and then take the TGV to Rennes (about 1h30) which will bring you straight into the centre.

Train

  • There are many regular trains from Paris Montparnasse - Rennes. The trip takes about an hour and a half. The station is right in the centre of Rennes.
  • You can also get a train direct from Paris Charles de Gaulle - Rennes. The trip takes about two and a half hours.
  • We advise that you book your train as soon as possible as trains get filled up very early on these lines.
